Today's events:

GOt up at 9
read a section of the DSMIV
took a shower
called about DSL
checked e-mail and stuff
returned call about an internship at a homeless shelter in Malden. left another voice mail.
got dressed for tonight's interview
Put up a pot of hot water to make a lunch
started cooking lunch
got a call back from the shelter, talked to the director and made an interview appointment
packed lunch and books
left for classes (it is now noon)
classes till 5:30
left class early for internship open house at Home for Little Wanderers, arrived there at 6:20
Filled out too much damn paperwork. Why must these large multiservice agencies kill so many trees with redundant copies of all of our info. Not like I have time to read the 50 pages of info they gave us :P And they wouldn't need me to get separate reference check forms from each of my references if they would just read the damn recommendation letters I got.
Spoke with representatives from 3 of their sites and discovered that the process for getting an internship at HFLW is friggin complicated
handed in my list of site preferences. it is now 8 PM
took the t bome, got home just before 9
talked to YuleCat while fending off a splitting headache
ate some bread and rice
read over my group notes
wrote my paper for group. finished at midnight
now I decompress and write in journal

I am stressed. I have too much to do, too many things to keep track of, too many calls to make. It looks like I will have to do interviews during spring break too. SO much for being a tourist and spending a day with the paintings in the Museum of Fine Arts.
