Welcome to the first bit of bear content in 2008 blogging for BEARS!
Doug Seus, the founder of Vital Ground, has had a lot to say about the personalities of bears. His experiences with bears lead him to believe that they are just as varied as humans. Some have great senses of humour, some not so much. Some have lots of deep thoughts, others would rather just play. Some are active all the time, some just want to lay around. We can see evidence of this in photos which show bears in different positions and situations, playing, caring for their young, resting, hunting, sometimes I'm not sure what they're doing. Anyway I've always felt that, cute as lolcats are, lolbears have just as much potential.
