What would you do with telepathy?

eustaciavye77Telepath episode. I always wondered, if I were telepathic what exactly would I do with the power. I'd like to think I'd be noble and not use it in any damaging way, but I'm sure I'd find small harmless ways to turn it to my advantage.
- scanning the car dealer to find out if he can in fact NOT get me a lower price
- determining when my roommate is annoyed about the dishes
- finding out if my upstairs neighbor has the money she owes me
- scanning my cat. Just cause.
