Pit crew is baking a cake. I am too tired to care but the gesture is nice. Cannot wait for 9 am.
I am realizing that some people are doing this event alone. I can't imagine that would even be doable. Its hard enough to keep awake and alive with 9 or 10 other people around. Doing it completely alone *shakes head* I'd have been asleep hours ago. If any of you reading this ARE blogging alone, more power to you.
What is it that possesses us crazy humans to try things that push us so far beyond what is sane and healthy? People I knew in college would pride themselves oh how bad a job they were doing taking care of themselves, like not allowing themselves to rest or bathe or take medicine meant they were REALLY dedicated to their work. Lots of those people didn't graduate. I did and I slept every night.
I guess this is the all nighter experience I never had. Seems I didn't miss out on much.
